When I first arrived, late yesterday evening, I was a bit taken aback by all the people milling around. First impressions are a bit off-putting but, once you get beyond that, a stay is an OK experience

The rooms are basic and a bit tatty but clean.

Paul, the owner, is a lovely guy who makes you feel very welcome and clearly takes some pride in what he does.

Facilities are shared and again a bit basic. Doors back on to doors and breakfast is a DIY exercise that would shame B&Q!

Overall, you get what you pay for. Paul is a consolation for the lack of frills and, after the experience, I would use it again. Knowing what to expect makes all the difference!.
