"It's Always Closed"

This branch is never open during it's advertised opening hours! Very Poor Customer Service. Surely a big company like this should exercise more control over its branches. If they are advertised as being open, they should be. I drove 8 miles to this store, arrived 90 minutes before closing time and they were shut!. i am not very impressed!.
