"Rudeness"

On Saturday morning my wife and myself went to Tesco in the rushes we picked an item and when we scanned it at the self service checkout it came up as a totally different item we scanned a box of water filters and it came up as a water jug priced at £37 the price on the stack for water filters was £13 when we asked the person on the self service he sent for a someone to check the prices on the stand where the filers were there was two different prices and checked the price on their phone the person on the self service told my wife she should learn to read properly and get down to look at the prices my wife is 79 years old and should not have to bend down to check the price when it was plain that there was a problem with the scanner showing the wrong item and price.
