How is it possibile to be only one person that can help You in one type of a situation. Say You need a copy of tennency

agrement, and the "responsabile" person is on holiday for a month straight now. Can't other people help You? Apparently not. This can't be the way to deal with the clients. Say i pay the rent a month after, how You feel about this?!.
