"Bad customer service"

Had tyre changed 25.3.25 brilliant rapid service, next morning sensor came on pumped tyres notice valve is old not been replaced. Rang in 26.3.25 asked why it was still old valve on, guy started shouting down the phone telling me I don’t service my van, it’s not his job to lie on the floor to take wheels off? Get a ramp if you don’t want to lie down. Simple true change 15mins. Charged me for a valve he did not change. be careful tall Asian looking chap.
