I just want to say a really big thank you to Kavita and Nilesh for their professional service and friendly approach to a long running issue that i have unsuccessfully been able to solve myself ,they went through the issue with me and helped me to finally solve the issue which i am so pleased about.

I must say these two members of staff are a great credit to Barclays.

A highly satisfied customer.
