"The Loop system is not working"

A review of Loughborough Crematorium by Alfred Mosley written on Thursday 9th of June 2022

I have been to two funerals in recent weeks and on both occasions the

Loop system, which works to provide a clear out put though ones hearing aid, was either switched off or just not working.

I cannot stress enough how frustrating this is.

In these times of equality I would have thought helping the hard of hearing be part of the proceedings would be of paramount importance..
