Thanks to the whole team for prompt, expert and courteous service today. I had a strange problem - like hitting every bump with concrete in my tyres. Jay and the guys looked at every angle, found the problem - a dislodged heat shield (!) - and sorted it.

I'll be back guys - and grazie Chiara, the cafe was superb..
