I rang royal mail to ask where my redelivery is today.Is now 14.05 hrs.Still no sign.I thought we were supposed to get 2 postal deliveries daily.We will be lucky around here where I live to get the first post before 16.00 hrs.The service needs to recognize they must catch up from the archaic service they provide.Why is there not an option where you can state where to leave parcels if not at home like any other courier service.Got better things to do than waste my life away waiting for a delivery.Very poor service.Royal Mail..
