I had my first appointment as a new NHS patient yesterday, and first impressions were excellent. After some poor experiences with the new breed of dental surgery 'chains', with their 'pile it high and get 'em through quickly' approach, it was wonderful to feel there was no rush and that all necessary time would be taken. I was made to feel very comfortable and everything was clearly explained with opportunity for questions. I need to return in January for further treatment and feel very content at the prospect..
