"Do not honour guarantee"

I had a composite door fitted in November and realised the door had some of the outer skin missing. I contacted the company after it had been fitted but as yet nobody has sorted this. I was given a 10 year guarantee but the company has not honoured this. I am therefore not very happy about this..
