For their bandwidth-eating, graphic intensive, highly intrusive, spam email ad for "How to get a degree!
Could someone tell them that the first rule of selling is not to upset the potential client!
We e-mailed the whole outfit last week, that was to every e-mail address we could find on their site, pleading with them to remove our e-mail address (which could only be obtained by 'harvesting" [a none ethical method of collecting emails, by sending a blind robot to trawl] our web site, it is for direct contact to us, through a form, only through the web site, it was never on public release.) Not only did no one reply, but they continue to spam us.
Not the best communicators in the world .. would you really trust any 'degree course' they offer?
