Week 14 : Salads and exercise

I had a shock when I stepped on to the weighing scales - I had gained 3 kilo's! This week was spent eating salds and visiting the local gymnasium, where I tortured myself on the equipment. The week went well - and I achieved my objective of losing the extra weight.

At work, I investigated the Internet organic vegetable market and prepared a draft report. Next week we will start to build the web site.
